Keita consults with individuals, family members, clinical students, foster parents, and professionals.

Drop-in sessions are great for people with busy lives, who often travel,  on vacation, or may be skeptical about traditional mental health. There is no commitment. You just schedule your time, agree to services, and that’s it!

What to expect:

  • Psychosocial Trauma Education
  • Support for compassion fatigue
  • Confidentiality
  • Slowing down
  • To be heard
  • Empathy
  •  Feedback and clarity
  • An opportunity to explore options and choices
  • Trauma supervision for professionals

[*Drop-in support is not a substitute for managing a mental health crisis. If you feel you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 911, check into your nearest emergency room or contact your local crisis hotline]
